1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for orders that were not prepared to the quality standard expected, or if there was an error in the items delivered.
  • Refunds may be issued if there was a mistake with your order, such as missing items or incorrect dishes.

2. Conditions for Refunds

  • Any refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • For hygiene reasons, refunds will not be provided if more than half of the food has been consumed.
  • Please provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number) and, if applicable, photographs of the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact us directly via phone or email with your order details and the reason for your request.
  • We may offer either a full or partial refund depending on the issue or, in some cases, a replacement meal.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • If you paid in cash, refunds will be issued in-store or offered as a credit towards your next order.

5. Changes and Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 5 minutes of placing the order.
  • Once the food is prepared or out for delivery, cancellations and refunds cannot be accommodated.
