- Refunds are available for orders that were not prepared to the quality standard expected, or if there was an error in the items delivered.
- Refunds may be issued if there was a mistake with your order, such as missing items or incorrect dishes.
2. Conditions for Refunds
- Any refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- For hygiene reasons, refunds will not be provided if more than half of the food has been consumed.
- Please provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number) and, if applicable, photographs of the issue.

- We may offer either a full or partial refund depending on the issue or, in some cases, a replacement meal.
4. Processing Refunds

- If you paid in cash, refunds will be issued in-store or offered as a credit towards your next order.
5. Changes and Cancellations
- Cancellations are only accepted within 5 minutes of placing the order.
- Once the food is prepared or out for delivery, cancellations and refunds cannot be accommodated.
